The Ping Lacson Story tells of how Police General Panfilo Lacson rose from the ranks after his graduation from the Philippine Military Academy in 1971. Featuring Ping's battle against kidnappers, car thieves and other organized crime, this film includes highlights of Gen. Lacson's career such as the rescue of Robina Gokongwei, the capture of the Light A Fire Movement, his participation during the EDSA revolution and his controversial stint as head of Task Force Habagat of the Presidential Anti-Crime Commission. The Ping Lacson Story features the colorful life of Gen. Panfilo Lacson in his effort to keep the honor of the badge and how he fights crime to protect and serve the Filipino people.
